She has enjoyed a career as a teacher in classrooms full of imaginative minds.

She and her family have lived all over the country and currently reside in central Ohio. Camille currently teaches kindergarten. She has a spectacular husband, four fantastic children, and two fun-loving dogs.

I think all great authors understand the importance of the right setting. This holds true in my writing and real life. I constantly draw inspiration from nature and experience. I love traveling and travel has served as a huge writing inspiration for me.

Memorable words from all types of books have always echoed through our home. Reading alongside my parents and taking trips with my mother to the library instilled a love of literature at a very young age. Deep down I always knew I wanted to be a part of creating memorable books for children.

My students are a great source of inspiration for me. Their wonder, imagination, and curiosity always leave me marveling at their little minds. I want to create imaginative stories that entertain and delight their spirits.

My parents always read to me. Pictured here is my dad reading me my favorite childhood book, Oh, Lord, I Wish I Was a Buzzard by Polly Greenberg. I must’ve read it 1000 times.
